Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase from U Threads. For this reason we offer a no-hassle return policy. There are no RA numbers to request and no questions asked. Don't worry if you ordered the wrong size, color or style. Simply repackage the item(s) and send it back to us. We will ship the correct item back to you with no additional shipping costs! Exchanges must be made within 60 days of original purchase.
Refunds:
Again, U Threads makes it simple. Full refunds are granted for purchases made within 60 days of your order. Simply repackage the item(s) and return them to us with the original packing slip. We will notify you via, e-mail, of your refund once your package has been received and processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
Sorry, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or laundered merchandise. Selected special order or custom merchandise is also non-returnable.
Back Orders and Cancellations:
We do our best to be in-stock on the items we offer and to keep our website current. Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on best selling items. If for some reason an item on your order can not be promptly processed one of our customer service representatives will contact you. Generally items on Back Order will be back in stock in a relatively short period of time.
Occasionally some very popular items may completely sell out. In this case we will do our best to suggest a substitute item. If an acceptable substitute can not be found we may find it necessary to cancel your order in this case.
