Once you have placed an order with U Threads, in-stock items will generally ship in 1-2 business days. Due to the custom nature of some products, processing and shipping times may vary for some items. For customers requesting Premium or Express delivery, we will attempt to ship the same day if the order is placed prior to 12:00 noon PST, Monday - Friday. Premium and Express orders received after 12:00 noon may be sent out the next business day.

U Threads ships orders on weekdays only. Orders received on Friday afternoons, Saturdays Sundays and major holidays will ship on the next business day.

Most orders will be shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS generally does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

If necessary we will ship to P.O. Box addressee. To expedite your order please try to provide a physical address when possible. P.O. Box addresses may add 1-2 days to our normal processing times. All P.O. Box orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Premium and Express shipping is not available to P.O. Box addresses. Shipping Rates:
